Registration for CrossTimbers 2020 opens November 1, 2019, at 8:00 a.m.

Crosstimbers-Davis: Sessions 1-10 – $150.00 per bed

(Non-BGCO and out of state churches pay an additional $40 charge per person.

Registration Fees for CT – Davis and CT – Grand Lake

Regular Sessions

BGCO Churches: $150 Per camper/sponsor

Non-BGCO Churches & Out of State Churches pay an additional $40.00 per camper/sponsor

The cost of camp is the same for both campers and sponsors. The fee includes a camp t-shirt, housing, meals, insurance, and a $10 concession card.

All payments will be made by check. Please make checks out to “CrossTimbers” and make sure your church name is somewhere on the check. Deposits are due within two weeks of registration in order to hold your spot for camp. Please mail your payment to: Crosstimbers, 3800 N. May Ave., OKC, OK  73112

CrossTimbers Children’s Mission Adventure Camp is made possible by gifts to the Cooperative Program.

 

 

 

 

Registration Process

November 1st – 8:00 a.m.: Bed Reservations
A $30 deposit per bed must be paid to finalize this reservation.  This deposit must be paid within 2 weeks of the bed reservations.

Final Payment Due
All final payments for camp invoices are DUE IN OUR OFFICE BY MAY 15, 2020

Pre-Camp Meetings
There will be two meetings provided for NEW churches or NEW leadership.  They are:

-April 28, 2020 – Required pre-camp meeting for NEW churches or NEW leadership attending camp at Davis.  This meeting will be held at the Davis campground from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.  Lunch will be served.

-April 30, 2020 – Required pre-camp meeting for NEW churches or NEW leadership attending camp at Grove.  This meeting will be held at the Grove campground from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.  Lunch will be served.

Camper Registration: 
NO LATER THAN TEN DAYS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT CAMP, camper/sponsor information must be entered  for everyone attending with your group.  This registration file will be set-up by the first week of May, and an excel file will be emailed to the lead sponsor.  We MUST have (2) email addresses on file for every church.  Please be sure and notify our office of any changes in your email address. 

Registration Agreement
In order to finalize your churches registration for CrossTimbers Children’s Mission Adventure Camp 2020, please read, sign, copy, and return the CrossTimbers Registration Agreement along with your deposit check within two weeks of online registration.  This document must be signed by your senior pastor or church administrator.  Receipt of these two items in our office will hold your spot for the 2020 camp season.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds of deposit will be made, but can be applied to any remaining balance.  After March 31, 2020 you will be responsible for the full balance of all beds reserved, to be paid by May 15. If you need to return beds, you may do so before March 31, 2020,  but you will not receive your deposit back for the returned beds.  If you need any assistance, please contact pjones@bgco.org.
