We are excited that you are interested in CrossTimbers for your church.

Registration for CrossTimbers 2018 opens November 1, 2017, at 8:00 a.m.


Crosstimbers Session 1-10 – $150.00 per bed; Session 11 – $190.00 per bed. (Non-BGCO Churches Additional $40 Charge)

Session 1 – June 4-7 (Monday-Thursday) – Will Wilson, Jr., Sr. Pastor at Tecumseh, New Hope (Session FULL)

Session 2 – June 8-11 (Friday-Monday) – Charlie Gatton, Crosstimbers Program Director (Session FULL)

Session 3 – June 13-16 (Wednesday-Saturday) – Barry Williams, Children’s Pastor at Sulphur, Crossway (Session FULL)

Session 4 – June 19-22 (Tuesday-Friday) – Patrick Latham, Sr. Pastor at Lawton, First (Session FULL)

Session 5 – June 25-28 (Monday-Thursday) – Jon Bawden, Sr. Pastor at Chickasha, Sharon (Session FULL)

Session 6 – June 29-July 2 (Friday-Monday) – Nick Atyia, Sr. Pastor at Seminole, First (Session FULL)

Session 7 – July 9-12 (Monday-Thursday) – Walter Bradley, Children’s Pastor at Moore, First (Session FULL)

Session 8 – July 16-19 (Monday-Thursday) – Justin Ford, Sr. Pastor at Edmond, Oakdale (Session FULL)

Preteen week for kids who have completed 5th or 6th grade.








Registration Fee

Session 1-10

BGCO Churches: $150 Per camper/sponsor

Non-BGCO Churches & Out of State Churches: $190 per camper/sponsor

Session 11: Preteen Session

BGCO Churches: $190 per camper/sponsor

Non-BGCO Churches & Out of State Churches: $230 per camper/sponsor


The cost of camp is the same for both campers and sponsors. The fee includes a camp t-shirt, room & board, meals, insurance, and a $10 concession card.

All payments will be made by check. Please make checks out to “CrossTimbers” and make sure your church name is somewhere on the check.

CrossTimbers Children’s Mission Adventure Camp is made possible by gifts to the Cooperative Program.

Registration Process

November 1st – 8:00 a.m.: Bed Reservations
A $30 deposit per bed must be paid to finalize this reservation.  This deposit must be paid within 2 weeks of the bed reservations. Also note that Session Eleven is preteen week and only open for those who have completed the 5th or 6th grade.

Final Payment Due
All beds must be paid in full by May1st for sessions 1 – 5 and June 1st for sessions 6-11.

Pre-Camp Meeting
This required meeting is where you will learn about how to prepare your group for camp, The date of this meeting for returning churches is April 30, 2018 at Southern Hills Baptist Church, OKC.  The meeting for churches NEW to CrossTimbers will be held on May 1, 2018 at the CrossTimbers Campground.

Camper Registration: One Week Before You Arrive at Camp
NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT CAMP, a small amount of information must be entered online for all the campers and sponsors in your group.  This registration will be set-up by the first of May, and a link will be emailed to the lead sponsor.  Please be sure and notify our office of any changes in your email address. 

Registration Agreement
In order to finalize your churches registration for CrossTimbers Children’s Mission Adventure Camp 2018 please read, sign, copy, and return the CrossTimbers Registration Agreement along with your deposit check within two weeks of online registration.

Refund Policy

No refunds of deposit will be made nor will they be applied toward remaining balance. After March 31, 2018 you will be responsible for the full balance of all beds reserved, to be paid by May 1st. If you need to return beds, you may do so before March 31, 2018,  but you will not receive your deposit back for the returned beds.  If you need any assistance, please contact us at
